The new Atlantis Resort located on The Palm Island, in Dubai had their grand opening last night. In case you missed the news the Atlantis fireworks display was large enough to be seen from space. Also check out some of the details inside the resort like the Dale Chihuly sculpture, estimated to be 12 million US dollars which Mr. Chihuly himself installed taking two weeks and the enormous aquarium. Suites were also designed to feature a private view of the aquarium.
